Are your products hypoallergenic?
Yes, many of our products — including all of our laundry products — are hypoallergenic. Look for the hypoallergenic icon on our shop pages and on the bottles themselves to confirm details for each product.
Are your products organic?
Our products are environmentally friendly, natural, and non-toxic, but our ingredients aren’t always organic. We carefully choose our suppliers, with an emphasis on what’s sustainable and safe, first and foremost. And put an emphasis on ingredients that actually perform!
What in the world is Soapbark?
Where can I find your ingredients?
Look for a complete list of ingredients on each product’s webpage and on the bottles themselves. (Be forewarned, we like to nerd out and include the scientific names for things, too.)
Are your products pet safe?
Completely. We created arbOUR to make sure our fur babies are safe, no matter what they get into. The same goes for babies, kids, and plants, too. We’re safe all-around.
Are your products cruelty free?
Along with being pet-safe, we’re also cruelty-free, and never test on animals.
Are your laundry products compatible with HE machines?
Not only are they compatible, they’re specially optimized for HE machines. So a little goes a long way (that’s the arbOUR way). Using a standard machine? No worries: we’re all good there, too.
What surfaces can I use your cleaning products on?
With no dyes, chlorine, sulfates, parabens, or a host of other chemicals and caustics, you can use our cleaners safely on almost any hard, nonporous surface in your home. That means cleaner kitchen countertops (including marble, quartz, and stone), bathroom vanities, mirrors, glass, aluminum, steel, and more. Your home’s surfaces may be hard, but cleaning them shouldn’t be.
What certifications do your products have?
We’re proud to say that many of our products have earned nationally-recognized certifications for safety and sustainability — including seals from Good Housekeeping Green, Well Building, the EPA, Leaping Bunny, and more. Check each product’s webpage for more details about exact certifications by product. (As a company, we’re also certified Woman Owned by the Women’s Business Enterprise Council.)
Are your products biodegradable and septic safe?
Yes, almost all of our products are biodegradable and septic-safe.
Is your packaging recyclable?

Can I order refills?
We love this idea, and we’re working on making it happen! In the meantime, we hope you’ll recycle your empties and reorder when you’re ready for more.

We source Right here in America. We’re proud to be made greener in the U.S.A. (....and filled and bottled in the lovely state of OHIO!

Do you sell wholesale or in bulk?
Yes, we do! And hospitals, hotels, restaurants, and other businesses love our products too. Email us to learn more about our commercial suppy programs.
Shipping & Returns
What are your shipping rates?
Shipping costs are weight-based, carrier calculated. You will see your final shipping price at checkout.
How soon after placing my order will my products ship?
Orders ship within 2 business days.
What is your refund policy?
If you are dissatisfied for any reason with your order from arbOURproducts.com, we will gladly make an exchange or refund your money on unused items within 30 days of your original receipt. Simply return the unused item(s) to us, specifying whether you'd like an exchange or a refund. We will promptly reship or refund your credit card.
How do I request a refund?
To obtain a refund for the arbOUR Product items you purchased online, please send an e-mail to shop@arbOURproducts.com with your request for a refund or an exchange within 30 days of your original purchase. To request a refund by phone, please contact customer service Monday through Friday 9 AM-5 PM EST at (440)729-4427.
When will the refund appear on my credit card?
If you are returning products, a refund credit will be applied to your credit card within 5 business days upon receipt of the returned products. If you are not returning products, the credit will be applied to your credit card within 3-5 business days after your request is approved by our Customer Service Department. However, it may take up to 10 business days for the credit to appear on your credit card.
