We do not sell personal data.
We do not sell personal data as submitted to us, nor have we done so in the past 12 months.

You can also always opt-out by checking or unchecking the relevant boxes or by sending us an email with your request to shop@arbourproducts.com.
  • Promotional Offers from Us. If you do not wish to have your email address/contact information used by us to promote our own or third parties’ products or services, you can opt-out by checking the relevant box located on the form on which we collect your data (the order form/registration form) or at any other time by logging into the Website and adjusting your user preferences in your account profile by checking or unchecking the relevant boxes or by sending us an email stating your request to shop@arbourproducts.com. If we have sent you a promotional email, you may send us a return email asking to be omitted from future email distributions. Website Providers

Analytics

We may use third-party Website Providers to monitor and analyze the use of the Website.

  • Google Analytics. Google Analytics is a web analytics service offered by Google that tracks and reports website traffic. Payments

We may provide paid products and/or services within the Website. In that case, we use third-party services for payment processing (e.g. payment processors).

We will not store or collect your payment card details. That information is provided directly to our third-party payment processors whose use of your personal information is governed by their respective privacy policies. These payment processors adhere to the standards set by PCI-DSS as managed by the PCI Security Standards Council, which is a joint effort of brands like Visa, MasterCard, American Express and Discover. Response Timing and Format

We will confirm receipt of your request within ten (10) business days. If you do not receive confirmation within the 10-day timeframe, please shop@arbourproducts.com.

We endeavor to substantively respond to a verifiable consumer request within forty-five (45) days of its receipt. If we require more time (up to another 45 days), we will inform you of the reason and extension period in writing.

If you have an account with us, we will deliver our written response to that account. If you do not have an account with us, we will deliver our written response by mail or electronically, at your option.
